i appreciated the helpful staff and the great location. on-site parking was available, made things very convenient. the room was nice and neat, and i slept very well. breakfast was also quite good, with a nice selection of items.
i noticed the water pressure was a bit low, but it was a minor issue.

the breakfast had egg, bacon, jam, nutella, pastries, butter, wholemeal bread, fruit, orange juice, apple juice, water and coffee or tea. i checked the additional menu. you could order extras other than food on the hot plate.

The grand staircase and fragrant flower display made a wonderful first impression. the reception staff seemed interested in our family. my elderly parents were impressed with how helpful the staff were. The two barmen were also pleasant. the hotel offered its own city center parking which was ideal.
The room heating was a little difficult to work out. It took a moment to figure out the controls.

the hotel provides an excellent central location with easy access to nearby attractions. the train station is also within a short walk. this is great for exploring the surrounding area.

Breakfast included hot and plentiful options, a great way to start the day! i saw various choices like bacon, eggs, fruits, juice, coffee and tea. The buffet offered many selections. the food was AMAZING!!!

The room was cleaned daily, and that met my basic expectations.
My room got uncomfortably hot, and the small table fan provided did little to alleviate the problem. Dinner was served in the bar area on sofas and coffee tables. This arrangement made eating soup quite difficult. The restaurant remained closed except for breakfast, which i found inconvenient.

the location is quite convenient as it's near the train station. i found many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. breakfast had enough choice. the staff were helpful.
i stayed on the third floor and could hear the exhaust fan on the roof, it was quite loud. unfortunately, my room looked onto a brick wall. there was a lack of hot water one night .
